About this competition

XCITE Dance is  all about opportunity, fairness, value and fun! Join us for a high-energy, action-packed competition, with a packed weekend of dancing across all genres and ages from a broad variety of dance schools.

Performers join the dance community at The Dolman Theatre in Newport, Wales,  competing in front of 3 amazing judges 

Audio and Video critique is provided for every routine and trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category, broken down by style and age division.

​Medals/badges are awarded for all dancers for all entries so everyone can leave with a memento for each routine.

Many additional awards and scholarships are awarded and our awards session is an action packed celebration of the day.
